CHECK IN

Guest check in time is from 2pm onwards. Guests are to advise if they intend to check in after 8pm so that arrangements may be made. Check out time is by 11am, unless otherwise arranged.

DEPOSIT

In order to secure your reservation a 50% deposit of the total accommodation bill is required. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, Visa, or MasterCard prior to the booking being confirmed. The balance is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a booking more than 21 days prior to your arrival date may incur a $50.00 administrative fee.

Cancellation of a booking 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit (50% of total accommodation bill) unless transferred to another date within 6 months, subject to availability and rate change.

Cancellation of a booking 7 days or less prior to arrival date will incur a full tariff charge and is non transferable;

In the event that room(s) are rebooked, a refund will be made; less the administrative fee and associated credit card charges if applicable;

RATES/TARIFFS

All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Tariffs are based on 2 adults per suite/apartment and include continental breakfast provisions.

A two night minimum booking policy generally applies (excluding one night packages).

Lonsdale Views is designed to be a retreat for adults and is unsuitable for children under the age of 16.

MINIMUM NIGHT BOOKINGS

4 nights over Christmas period
4 nights over Easter Break
3 nights over long weekends

Please note that Lonsdale Views has a no-smoking- inside policy and pets are not permitted.
